Acceptance
By accessing or using Barncom, you agree to these terms and to the Barncom privacy policy. If you use Barncom's YouTube features, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, as described under YouTube and Google services. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Operator
Barncom is a product and service operated by Darkel Capital. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to the Barncom service operator.
Accounts and access
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate information when creating or managing an account.
- Organizational accounts may be controlled by barn owners, admins, or other designated roles, and those roles may manage your access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Barncom in a way that violates law, infringes rights, or harms other users.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
- Interfere with the service, reverse engineer restricted components, or bypass technical safeguards.
- Upload malicious code, abusive content, or material you do not have the right to store or share.
Your content
- You keep ownership of content you submit to Barncom.
- You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, transmit, and display that content to operate Barncom.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the authority to upload or share records, documents, images, and other materials.
YouTube and Google services
Barncom offers optional features that work with your own Google account. They are governed by these terms and by the terms of the Google service involved.
- Barncom uses YouTube API Services to let you upload videos to your own YouTube channel and to attach videos from your channel to your Barncom records.
- By using Barncom's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, including the YouTube Community Guidelines.
- You are responsible for making sure that anything you upload to YouTube through Barncom complies with those terms and does not violate anyone else's copyright or privacy rights.
- Your use of Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and other Google services through Barncom is also subject to the Google Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy, and Barncom's in the Barncom privacy policy.
- You can disconnect Google or YouTube at any time in Barncom under Settings → Connected Accounts, or on the Google security settings page.
Billing and paid features
Some Barncom features may require payment, subscription, or a separate order form. If paid offerings are enabled, pricing, billing cadence, and cancellation terms will be presented at the point of purchase or in your applicable commercial agreement.
Availability
We work to keep Barncom available and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.
Intellectual property
Barncom, its branding, site design, and software components are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Disclaimers and liability
Barncom is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, or use Barncom in a way that harms other users or the platform.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Barncom after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms.
