Account Deletion

Request deletion of your Barncom account.

If you want your Barncom account deleted, use the process below so we can verify the request and route it to the correct account.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@barncom.com with the subject line Barncom Account Deletion.
  2. Send the request from the email address associated with your Barncom account when possible.
  3. Include your full name and the organization or barn name tied to the account, if applicable.

What happens next

  • We may contact you to verify identity or confirm the scope of the request.
  • Once verified, we will process deletion of the account and related personal information that we are not required to retain.
  • Some information may be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Organization-managed accounts

If your Barncom access is managed by a barn or organization, some records may remain with that organization after your login access is removed. If you need clarification on organizational records, include that in your request.
